This Organization shall be known as Local Union 433 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Inglis, Florida.

Local 433 shall have jurisdiction over utility work as defined in Article XXVII, Section 4 of the IBEW Constitution when performed by the employees of Florida Power at the following:

• Crystal River Steam Generating Plant
• Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant
• Florida University Co-Generator, Gainesville, Florida
• Inglis Steam Plant Site
• Suwannee Steam Generating Plant
• System Maintenance Crew

The right of the International President to change this jurisdiction is recognized, as provided in the IBEW Constitution.

The objects of this Local Union shall be to promote by all proper means the material and intellectual welfare of its members.

Local 433 meets the first Monday of each month, 7:30p.m., at the Crystal River Women's Club located at 320 N. Citrus Ave., Crystal River, Florida.

The Local 433 Executive Board meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30p.m., at the SCU8 office. Members wishing to address the Executive Board must give prior notice to the Chairman of the Executive Board.
